It has been a little over 6 months since I left Austin and a different life behind. Out of everything that has been done, seen, and left untouched, I am most thankful for the people I have met at home and abroad.
So far, I have explored 4 countries in Africa, lived in 4 different parts of Sydney, and made Sydney home. I have worked as a bicycle courier, as a peon putting up and taking down Christmas decorations, and as a lifeguard. I have completed a Half Iron in Canberra, volunteered for 2 adventure races, and continued training for the Six Foot track marathon and Ironman Australia. I don’t believe I have ever been as open to new opportunities, new places, and new ideas. With oppeness spawns the dominant question of what to do next. Perhaps that question is better left open too.

It will come to you. The best thing you are doing is being very open to new ideas and opportunities.
Good luck and keep us posted!
I have to admit that I’ve developed a slight addiction to your blog! It looks like you’re having a great time experiancing life. Meghan and I enjoy following along via your blog and hope you will look us up if you ever get back to Austin. Keep up the good work on the training for your next Ironman!
What happened to us, though?!
Are you guys still rolling with T3? Way to keep the planes in the air and out of metropolitan waterways!
It’s not you. It’s me. <3
Will do. I enjoy Scriber’s web thoroughly.
Meghan just started back. She’s trying to qualify for Kona again. I’m in charge of guarding the beer cooler! HA Good luck with you’re ’09 of sobriety… admirable.
